Ordering Information
Ordering: Ordering is simple, find the product you need, add it to your shopping cart, and proceed to check out when you are finished. During check out you will be provided a user account, this allows you to track and view your order.
Shipping: Your item will be shipped utilizing a flat shipping rate. We will only ship items to the USA, Canada, and Puerto Rico. For smaller items and parts the flat charge is $3.00. For larger items, such as CPAP masks, the flat shipping charge is $6.00. You will be able to see, review and verify these charges at checkout. Orders usually ship within at least 48 hours of checkout.
Returns: Please ensure you are ordering the correct items that you need. Once items are shipped and opened, we are unable to issue a return. If your item arrives and is broken, not functional, or not the item you ordered, you can contact us and we will issue you a return number. We will only replace items with another of the exact item that you purchased. You must notify us within 30 days of your order if you do need to make a return. We will work with you in every way possible to provide complete satisfaction.
